Facing History's acclaimed Choosing to Participate exhibition opened at the San Francisco Public Library on January 15th. Over 300 people attended the opening celebration which honored the local indivuals making a difference who are featured in Bay Area Portraits and the student artists of pARTicipation: Visions and Voices of Bay Area Students. Bay Area Portraits and pARTicipation are companion exhibits created by Facing History and are also on display at the library.
